"Most apartments offer magnificent sweeping lake views. Lugano is 32 km from the accommodation, while Como is 32 km away. The nearest airport is Orio Al Serio International Airport, 64 km from the property. The ferry station is only 200m away. There is a variety of restaurants and bars around the apartments in the towns of Griante & Tremezzo, and a small mini market behind the apartments."

Dear Guests, due to the Covid-19 pandemic the resort services are currently suspended until further notice. This includes all restaurants, bars, and swimming pool. However dont worry the apartments are still open, check-in is done online and all apartments are disinfected according to national law.
Our restaurants, bars and pools may be closed but Lake Como is open, we have plenty of local bars and restaurants to dine in, Cantina Foli & ristorante Riviera our very close and worth a visit. We also have a free public beach only a few metres away from the apartments.

Self Check-in AVAILABLE
To ensure the safety of all our staff and guests our check-in procedure has now changed to self-check-in. Our check-in registration system is now totally online to avoid any contact. We require all guests to provide the following:

Number of ID document of all guests

Emission date of ID document of all guests

Residency address if an Italian national
Once we receive these details we will issue a one time, 4 digit pin code to access your key box. You will receive the pin code via email. Each key box is numbered with the specific apartment number you have been allocated as shown in the picture above.
